Marine Adjusting Services is an independent company that was formed in 1981.

Over the years, the partners have received instructions from clients in all parts of the world together with Underwriters in London, Japan, Russia and Bulgaria and Insurance brokers, solicitors and recovery agents.

It is the aim of Maritime Adjusting Services to provide its clients with an independent and impartial Average Adjusting service of the highest quality on a consistent basis.

The company's objective is to maintain and, ultimately, increase our share of the Marine Claims Adjusting market, by meeting service requirements and thereby ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. To achieve this objective, we aim to process the marine insurance claims entrusted to us as quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively as possible in the manner required by our clients.

With a client base covering the full extent of the market, i.e from Shipowners and/or their agents to Underwriters, we recognise that quality must be a by-word in all our endeavours. As such, we appreciate the important role that a well-structured quality system plays in the marine market.

Lastly, it is recognised that client confidentiality is of paramount importance at all times.
